The Silencing of the Lambs, or Sit Down and Shut Up

 

 

 Am I a bigot because I don’t embrace “all faiths, denominations and belief systems”?  Am I also narrow minded because I think the Lord Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and I refuse to take for God’s Holy Truth, what some silver tongued devil, no matter how charismatic and good looking, is trying to weave  into my spiritual life.  Am I  homophobic because I don’t believe “Caitlyn” Jenner is really a woman? (I had a crush on him long time ago when he was very obviously Bruce).

What I have learned after being delivered out of a very deceived world,  is that Truth is available to everyone who cares enough to seek it with all their hearts.  Wouldn’t you think that everyone would want to know the truth….about God, about Life, about what their purpose is in Life, and why they were born?

Pilate asked Jesus, “What is Truth?” When the Truth was standing right there in front of him looking him in the face.

I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for the truth of His Word, and those, who like Bereans, are eager and willing to study the Word diligently to seek out the truth and not what has been spoon fed to them by their “church” leaders.  But the most amazing and baffling thing….there are highly intelligent and influential men and women who are, to the trained, enlightened eye, being deceived by the man made doctrines and traditions of men, (and their upbringing).

We are seeing those seeking to be elected to the highest office in the land, who have been indoctrinated into a religious belief system, (brainwashing), and never seem to get beyond that, or even question it.

Ben Carson, for example is a brilliant man and former neurosurgeon. He didn’t arrive at that status by laziness or goofing off on his studies. Yet, he has been indoctrinated into the Seventh Day Adventist cult, and hasn’t even seemed to question the truth of it in all of his 60 plus years.

Or, take Vice President Joe Biden, possibly another presidential hopeful. I was told by a Catholic inclined neighbor that Joe Biden has gone through so much suffering in his life, and has said that he “got though it” by praying the rosary every night, (which is to be found no where in the Bible).. After I did a quick googlization online, I found that Joe Biden was born and raised into a Catholic family, so it’s not surprising to me that he would continue to consider himself a Catholic, along with practicing Catholic traditions and teachings and rituals.

OK, and was not Barack Hussien Obama once Barry Soetoro, changing his name to a Muslim name when he attained adulthood? Did not Barry Soetoro attend Madrassa, a Muslim school as a child?  Does that make him a Muslim? No, but it sure seems that he leans that way even if he didn’t openly proclaim it when he was campaigning for President….or even now for that matter. (If it walks like a duck, you may consider that a strong indication it’s a duck)

Brainwashing and indoctrination is a very strange thing the way it has an effect on the human mind. Why do otherwise intelligent people do this? Why do they put their faith in any belief system originating from or run by men? Why would they believe in, and accept unproven doctrines, and place their eternal destiny in the hands of a man, or Pope or Preacher?  They have a brain. They are not clones, mental slaves or robots. They can seek and know the truth. They can ask questions, even to the God they do not as yet know. If they want they Truth, it’s there for those who go after it. If…they are willing to do God’s will, and not their own…God will reveal Himself to the Seeker of Truth, not the follower of men.

 “Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught. And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.” John 7: 14:17

Fat Sheep don’t Get a Free Pass

 

‘And as for you, O My flock, thus saith the Lord God: Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.

¹⁸ Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? And to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?

¹⁹ And as for My flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.

²⁰ “‘Therefore thus saith the Lord God unto them: Behold I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle.

²¹ Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns till ye have scattered them abroad,

²² therefore will I save My flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle.

²³ And I will set up one Shepherd over them, and He shall feed them, even My servant David. He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd.” Ezk 34: 17-23

When the Lord finishes judging the Fat, disobedient shepherds, He turns His attention to the flock, and proceeds to lay into them and call out the differences and injustices amongst them, according to their doings. “And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord God”……,….The Lord makes a distinction between them calling some rams, and some of them he-goats. I would venture to say the he-goats are the “tares” in the Lord’s flock. He-goats are smelly, obstinate creatures known to eat anything, (and believe anything), and can be mean as well, attacking and fighting others.. They shouldn’t even be allowed in the flock. Remember, the Lord Jesus never told Peter, or His church to feed His goats. He said, “Feed my sheep”, those that belonged to Him…….

The fat head strong rams are there bullying, abusing and lording it over the milder, gentler sheep of the flock.

We’ve seen these bully types in the church, who always seem to be next in line to the pastor perhaps holding leadership positions, such as “elder” or “deacon”, have more money and influence and often times sitting on the board. They also tend to butt sheep away from the shepherd when they get too close, because bully rams want to have the preeminence.

According to the Lord’s description of the rams and he-goats, they have selfishly taken the best for themselves and not ministered to the needs of the weaker sheep and lambs in the flock, but have pushed them aside and possibly even out of the flock to fend for themselves, much like one of the troublemakers Apostle Paul had to deal with..

 I wrote something to the church; but Diotrephes, who loves to be first among them, does not accept what we say. 10For this reason, if I come, I will call attention to his deeds which he does, unjustly accusing us with wicked words; and not satisfied with this, he himself does not receive the brethren, either, and he forbids those who desire to do so and puts them out of the church. 3 John 1: 9-10

That’s the bad news…the good news is the the Lord said He was going to remedy this situation. Apostle Paul knew the Truth, that the Lord Jesus is the Head of the Body of Christ, not those who set themselves up to be somebody and rule over the flock with manipulation, demanding to be the ones served and catered to….Apostle Paul resisted these types of hirelings, bullies and tares in the Church, and we should as well by not supporting them, or even participating in their leaven. The Lord Jesus has given us every means to know His gospel and how to learn, mature and serve Him.

Rotten Fruit of “Token the Ghost”

There are a lot of things I could say about this blasphemous display mocking the holiness of the Lord Jesus Christ, His Gospel and the precious Holy Spirit…………………. none of it would be good! These three “disciples” of John Crowder remind me of the “Three Stooges”. I could easily imagine one of them saying, “Nyuk nyuk nyuk”.

Please don’t send me mail telling me I’m “judging”. I already know that…and I don’t care! It may be dirty work and I don’t enjoy it but somebody needs to rebuke this stuff.

Truly born again spirit-baptised  Christians know this is a hideous travesty of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, but there are many who have bought into this lying, deceiving spirit promoted by John Crowder, the false teacher of the so-called “New Mystics”.

I would urge anyone following John Crowder and his false teachings to run like your hair is on fire. Whatever “anointing” you think was imparted to you, was not imparted by the true Holy Spirit of Yahweh, the Most High God, the Creator of all.
