Catholicism appears to have a “form of godliness”; it looks “holy” on the outward appearance….but God is not a respecter of persons, He looks at the heart, the inward parts, not the superficial show…..that’s why Jesus made Himself of no “reputation”, but was humble and not handsome, that we should chase after Him like some Hollywood star. Likewise His earthly mother Mary, was never heard from again after being in the Upper Room receiving the Infilling of the Holy Spirit being one of the 120 devout followers of Jesus. Also, Mary had other children with Joseph after Jesus was born….so, Jesus had other siblings, half brothers. As the wife of Joseph, she did not remain the “perpetual virgin” Catholicism claims, nor was she perfectly sinless. Jesus Christ was the only sinless human being who ever walked the face of the earth. The Bible is infallible, not the Pope, who changes his doctrine like people change their underwear. Jesus said, “Heaven and earth would pass away, but His Word would never pass away.” Woe to the man or woman who takes it upon him or herself to add to or take away from God’s Word! Here is one warning: “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book” Revelation 22:19. We read in Proverbs 30:5, 6 “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” This is a very serious admonition from the Sovereign Creator God. He means business….He want’s people to know and follow the Truth in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Then and only then can we truly know what freedom is and be set free from the lies and deceptions of Satan and the men who follow him….
Dave Hunt’s excellent documentary eliminates any doubt, with scriptural accuracy, who the Woman who Rides the Beast in Revelation is, as the Roman Catholic Church.
There seems to be no end to what this Jesuit Pope comes up with, and yet his devotees have been trained to follow him without question. My dear readers, the Pope and the Roman Catholic church bears all the classic ear marks of a cult. I hope and pray each and every Catholic person who has been brought up in this idolatry will prayerfully begin seeking the Truth, not from Mary, not from one of the “saints”, not from another Catholic or priest, but from the Lord Jesus Christ. And keep seeking in the Bible as well, even though you may have been taught it’s not relevant…it is very relevant. In it, you will learn the truth about Jesus Christ, your true and only Savior and way to heaven. A wise person questions what others have told them. God has given you the intelligence to seek Him and His Truth for yourself. He will respond to you as you seek Him with all your heart.
Jesus told the Jews who believed in Him, “If ye continue in My Word, then are ye My disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” —John 8:31,32 THE ‘WORD’ OF Jesus here referred to, in reality, is the Word of God, for Jesus spoke only those things which were given to him to speak by his Heavenly Father.
To Catholics…I am not against you. Not at all. If you were born into a Catholic family, it’s quite understandable that you were raised as a Catholic with all it’s rituals and dogma; it probably seemed perfectly natural as well as “holy”. But my question to you, is, have you ever studied in depth the history of the Catholic church? That is from a non-Catholic source? And, another question….have you ever studied in depth with all seriousness, the Holy Bible? I know…it very well have been that you’ve not been told to do that by your priests, but nevertheless, if you are indeed seeking the truth about Life and the Lord Jesus Christ, would you not want to put the Bible to the test to see why you shouldn’t need to read and study it…? After all, the Lord Jesus Christ has given you a mind and brain to study, to seek Him, and to decide with your conscience, right from wrong, truth from error……apart from religion, teachings, doctrines and traditions of men; but rather, with your spirit.
In the Bible, that was inspired by God, and not men…the Lord Jesus said this to the woman at the well: “God is a Spirit, and He is seeking those who will seek Him in Spirit and in Truth”. That would be a wise and reasonable request of God don’t you think? Since after all, you’re personal conclusions you reach about God and His Son Jesus Christ will affect your outcome for all eternity.
I’m sure you noticed the title of the video I posted, and yes, it would be very true that I am biased against the Catholic church…after having studied in detail it’s history. I came to the conclusion it is a very beautiful but deceptive counterfeit, just as an evil but adulterous and lovely woman would be. Beautiful on the outside, but wicked, devious and hurtful on the inside where it’s hidden. Looking at and studying the history of the Catholic church, and comparing it with the scriptures in the Bible, especially of the New Testament and the gospels of the Lord Jesus Christ…how do they compare? Frankly, they don’t. They can’t, because they aren’t true and holy. So, if the Catholic church has not lined up with the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His Holy Word, and it has done so much evil in the past, do you seriously believe this ancient leopard has changed it’s spots? I dare say…no. It hasn’t changed.
Neither has the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible:
6I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; 7which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! 9As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!
10For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.
11For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. Galatians 1:6-11.
The Mystery of the Gospel
1For this reason, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles…
2Surely you have heard about the stewardship of God’s grace that was given to me for you, 3that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. 4In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. 6This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.
7I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace, given me through the working of His power. 8Though I am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9and to illuminate for everyone the stewardship of this mystery, which for ages past was hidden in God, who created all things. 10His purpose was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
12In Him and through faith in Him we may enter God’s presence with boldness and confidence. 13So I ask you not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory. Ephesians 3
There IS something wrong with this picture! The Apostle Peter knew better than this. He would never have taken on such lavish grandiosity to himself. He walked with the Lord Jesus Christ, and knew very well the teachings of the Lord to have a servant’s attitude toward others.
“But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;Matthew 20:25-28
It should be obvious to anyone that so-called “Popes” bear no resemblance to either the Apostle Peter, or the Lord Jesus Christ. Apparently the Roman Catholic Church made this stuff up as they went along, because the Apostle Peter didn’t practice or teach Roman Catholic man made doctrine, and neither did the Lord Jesus Christ. Let’s get back to the basics of Truth and the bedrock of Christianity, the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, and not man made doctrines. “Traditions” do not trump the Holy Scriptures.
See? This is NOT the example the Lord Jesus Christ, or the Apostle Peter left. I pray that all Catholics will pray and see the truth of the gospel, and get past what they were taught, to read the Bible for themselves and to be set free from the bondage of the Catholic church.
Alex Jones asks in this excellent video if the Jesuit Pope Francis is the devil? No, but the Pope is an agent of the devil. This sort of statement doesn’t sit well with Catholics who believe the Pope is infallible and can do no wrong. They call him “Holy Father”, but the Lord Jesus Christ said this:
“Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. “Do not be called leaders; for One is your Leader, that is, Christ. “But the greatest among you shall be your servant. “Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.” Matthew 23:9-12
Yes, I know that Catholics have an answer, (excuse) to call the Pope the Holy Father, but most have not been encouraged or taught to read the bible, or they would read what the Lord Jesus Christ said in the next sentences about not exalting yourself, about humbling yourself and not becoming leaders. The Catholic clerical hierarchy is all about exalting itself, and lording over the common people: the “laity”. This is Antichrist….plain and simple.
~All Power Tends to Corrupt and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely~
“But Jesus called them to him and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and lto give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20-27
“And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. 25And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. 26But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. 27For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.” Luke 22: 24-27
Pope Francis flubs up again. Recently he made the serious gaffe of telling folks “they need not breed like rabbits.”
Now, he has offended the Mexican people by referring to the possible “Mexicanization” of his native Argentina from drug trafficking,
The Vatican is now having to do damage control over the Pope’s unkind remarks. It’s pretty apparent that they are going to have to select a team to follow him around to try and rectify what comes out of his mouth.
“O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.” Matt 12:34
The Pope is just a man, and as such, he is not infallible. Infallibility is a divine attribute. The Pope needs to come down off that pedestal and stop pretending he is something special. Jesus had that right, but chose instead to lead by example, being a humble servant rather than an exalted leader during the time he walked the dusty roads, hedges and highways of this sinful earth.
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. Matthew 20:25-28
