The U.S. Federal Government Sponsors Child Smuggling And Sex Trafficking(and how they do it)
Earlier this week John A. Zadrozny, who served as a Deputy Assistant to the President and Acting Chief of Staff at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services during the Trump Administration, published an editorial at The Federalist explaining the horrible problem of “unaccompanied alien children” (UACs) being trafficked across the border into the United States.
It is a non-partisan problem, as it has been documented just how horrific this problem has been since the Obama Presidency, and plagues all administrations, whether Democratic or Republican.
He correctly identifies the problem that allows human trafficking, and specifically the horrible child sex slavery trafficking, which is the U.S. Federal Government.
And while the Trump Administration publicly stated that they wanted to end this problem, it never happened because career bureaucrats run most federal agencies, and it is business as usual no matter which political party occupies the White House.
Human trafficking, and specifically the trafficking of children, is just too profitable. Zadrozny reports:
In 2020, the Trump administration instructed ICE’s Homeland Security and Investigations Division to conduct an audit of some of ORR’s UAC sponsor placements in fiscal year 2019 to try and get a sense of the fitness of existing sponsors. Horrifyingly, hundreds of UACs out of an overall sample of a few thousand could not be located or were no longer with the sponsors with whom they were originally placed. They were just gone. This was a sample of a much larger UAC population across the United States, which means the actual number of missing UACs was likely much, much higher.
Were these missing individuals really MS-13 members who went on to join fellow gang members? Were they sold into hard labor or sex slavery to pay off a debt to the cartels? Were they put on a plane and “recycled” as part of another cartel fake family unit? We ran out of time before we were able to find out, but the answer to these questions is likely all of the above.
But children coming across the border is not the only supply chain to child trafficking. The State Department publishes an annual “Trafficking in Persons” report, and in 2019 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated that “over 300,000 of America’s young population is considered at risk for sexual exploitation.”
Fox News covered the press conference, and reported:
“We have a major issue here in the United States” Geoff Rogers, co-founder of the United States Institute Against Human Trafficking (USIAHT), said in an interview with Fox News. “The United States is the No. 1 consumer of sex worldwide. So we are driving the demand as a society.”
“We’re also driving the demand with our own people, with our own kids,” Rogers said. “So there are tremendous numbers of kids, a multitude of kids that are being sold as sex slaves today in America. These are American kids, American-born, 50 percent to 60 percent of them coming out of the foster care industry.” (Source.)
And according to the 2021 Trafficking in Persons report, things have only become worse since the COVID-19 “pandemic.”
The COVID-19 pandemic is a health crisis with unprecedented repercussions for human rights and economic development globally, including in human trafficking. COVID-19 generated conditions that increased the number of people who experienced vulnerabilities to human trafficking and interrupted existing and planned anti-trafficking interventions.
Governments across the world diverted resources toward the pandemic, often at the expense of anti-trafficking efforts, resulting in decreased protection measures and service provision for victims, reduction of preventative efforts, and hindrances to investigations and prosecutions of traffickers. At the same time, human traffickers quickly adapted to capitalize on the vulnerabilities exposed and exacerbated by the pandemic. (Source.)
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is the federal agency that facilitates child trafficking, as they are the funding source for the Foster Care and Adoption system where all these children end up, whether they are coming across the border as a UAC, or being medically kidnapped from their families right here in the United States.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is statutorily responsible for handling the housing and resettlement of dependent foreign nationals who enter the United States, including so-called unaccompanied alien children, or UACs. A UAC is a child whom employees of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) encounter at a U.S. port of entry or along the border not in the custody of a verifiable parent or guardian.
Last year we reported that the Biden Administration’s “open borders” policy resulted in an unprecedented number of migrant children needing to be placed with foster parents, and that some licensed foster parents in California were being asked to take in as many as 26 UACs into their foster homes. There are some strange things happening in the entertainment industry and Big Tech. Evil things. At the convergence of Hollywood, the music industry, and media companies like Amazon exists an unspoken truth that relies on cover-ups and censorship to keep their nefarious activities secret. Discussion of child sex trafficking is often relegated to the suppressed voices of groups like QAnon, but in reality much of what we hear about the hideous industry is absolutely true. When anyone gets too close to the truth, they’re silenced.
John Paul Rice learned this the hard way recently when one of the films he produced, A Child’s Voice, was inexplicably censored on Amazon. The 2018 movie explores child sex trafficking from a fictional perspective, but the themes and information within the film hit too close to home for some. It started getting tons of attention following revelations of Wayfair’s overpriced merchandise potentially being linked to child sex trafficking as people searched for information. Then, the release of Ghislaine Maxwell’s files prompted a renewed interest in the topic. Shortly after that release, the video was suppressed on Amazon. The page is still there, but downloads are no longer allowed.
There has been a stigma placed on the topic of child sex trafficking, especially as it pertains to powerful people. Part of this stigma comes as a result of QAnon being blacklisted on essentially all major social networks. Mainstream and social media have labeled “Pizzagate” as a debunked conspiracy theory, but there has not been any real debunking other than highlights of fringe groups promoting questionable narratives surrounding the issue. They’ll point to an armed man storming the pizza parlor or crazy conspiracies associated with people talking about Pizzagate, but there has not been a real public investigation into the actual accusations. Meanwhile, QAnon has been purged.
Neither Rice nor I subscribe to QAnon as an organization, but their attempts to expose child sex rings are mostly righteous in both intent and action. Despite this phenomenon having universal appeal for nearly all to want it ended, hashtags like #SaveTheChildren get filtered while satanic expressions are amplified on social media. Rice and I will be discussing the Luciferian connections to all of this during our live discussion on Sunday.

FBI Declassifies Files on the CIA’s Involvement in Satanic Ritual Abuse and Child Sex Trafficking
Russ Winter of Winter Watch published an article earlier this month (December, 2021) about the FBI declassifying files on a CIA group called “The Finders” and the McMartin preschool Satanic child trafficking case in Los Angeles in the 1980s. We have referenced this case and the secret CIA group The Finders in the past here at Health Impact News, as former FBI Chief Ted Gunderson was actively involved in this case, which we referenced in our June, 2020 article, Unmasking Who is Behind the Plandemic and Rioting to Usher in the New World Order. After retiring from the FBI, Gunderson set up a private investigation firm, Ted L. Gunderson and Associates, in Santa Monica. In a 1995 conference in Dallas, Gunderson warned about the proliferation of secret Satanic groups, and the danger posed by the New World Order, a shadow government that controls the U.S. government. Gunderson discovered that in the U.S. there is a secret widespread network of groups who kidnap children and infants, and subject them to Satanic ritual abuse and subsequent human sacrifice. One of those groups is The Finders, which Gunderson said is operated by the CIA. He wrote a book on The Finders, which can still be downloaded from his website (Ted Gunderson died in 2011). This is the same CIA group that the FBI just declassified many of the files from their investigation into The Finders, although many names remain redacted to protect the guilty. The vehicle that is used by the U.S. Government and the CIA to traffick these children and run these Satanic ritual abuse networks, is the government funded Child Social Services and Foster Care network, most commonly known as “CPS” (Child Protection Services). Massive government funds exist for all 50 U.S. States that can only be collected if they meet certain quotas of children put into this system, so many children are literally kidnapped, mostly medically kidnapped, from their parents to meet the demand for children in this evil, Satanic system, which is mostly operated by Christian Churches collecting funds from the Government. Many people have courageously tried to expose this evil system that exists in every state and every county within the U.S., and sadly, many of them are now dead.
