The Catholic Church Hasn’t Changed…

 

To Catholics…I am not against you. Not at all. If you were born into a Catholic family, it’s quite understandable that you were raised as a Catholic with all it’s rituals and dogma; it probably seemed perfectly natural as well as “holy”. But my question to you, is, have you ever studied in depth the history of the Catholic church? That is from a non-Catholic source? And, another question….have you ever studied in depth with all seriousness, the Holy Bible? I know…it very well have been that you’ve not been told to do that by your priests, but nevertheless, if you are indeed seeking the truth about Life and the Lord Jesus Christ, would you not want to put the Bible to the test to see why you shouldn’t need to read and study it…? After all, the Lord Jesus Christ has given you a mind and brain to study, to seek Him, and to decide with your conscience, right from wrong, truth from error……apart from religion, teachings, doctrines and traditions of men; but rather, with your spirit.

In the Bible, that was inspired by God, and not men…the Lord Jesus said this to the woman at the well: “God is a Spirit, and He is seeking those who will seek Him in Spirit and in Truth”. That would be a wise and reasonable request of God don’t you think? Since after all, you’re personal conclusions you reach about God and His Son Jesus Christ will affect your outcome for all eternity.

I’m sure you noticed the title of the video I posted, and yes, it would be very true that I am biased against the Catholic church…after having studied in detail it’s history. I came to the conclusion it is a very beautiful but deceptive counterfeit, just as an evil but adulterous and lovely woman would be. Beautiful on the outside, but wicked, devious and hurtful on the inside where it’s hidden. Looking at and studying the history of the Catholic church, and comparing it with the scriptures in the Bible, especially of the New Testament and the gospels of the Lord Jesus Christ…how do they compare? Frankly, they don’t. They can’t, because they aren’t true and holy. So, if the Catholic church has not lined up with the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ, and His Holy Word, and it has done so much evil in the past, do you seriously believe this ancient leopard has changed it’s spots? I dare say…no. It hasn’t changed.

Neither has the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible:
      6I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; 7which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! 9As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

10For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.

11For I would have you know, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. Galatians 1:6-11.

The Mystery of the Gospel

1For this reason, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles…

2Surely you have heard about the stewardship of God’s grace that was given to me for you, 3that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. 4In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. 6This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.

7I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace, given me through the working of His power. 8Though I am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9and to illuminate for everyone the stewardship of this mystery, which for ages past was hidden in God, who created all things. 10His purpose was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.

12In Him and through faith in Him we may enter God’s presence with boldness and confidence. 13So I ask you not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory. Ephesians 3

 

Catholic Salvation?The Monstrosity of Catholicism

 

“Some people claim to be born-again Christians, but they still faithfully attend the Catholic Church. Why? They are eating at the Devil’s table. 2nd Corinthians 6:16, “And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?” I say this caringly.

The Catholic religion is demonic! One of the great sins of Christians today is that they are so silent concerning the monstrosity of Catholicism. In 2002, 24% of all Americans professed to be Catholic. 1

Catholics commit the horrible sin of IDOLATRY when they bow before a statue of Mary. Exodus 20:4-5a commands, “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them…” Catholics commit the sin of idolatry every time they bow and pray to Mary. Why would a Christian want to continue in such wickedness?

Although many Catholics attempt to deny that they worship Mary, the Vatican’s teaching concerning Our Lady of Fatima is irrefutable PROOF that Catholics DO in fact worship Mary, even teaching that eternal life is possible by coming to Mary by way of praying the Rosary. The 5th of the 15 promises made by Our Lady of Fatima concerning the Rosary is so blasphemous that it is unmistakable, clear, proof that Catholics do indeed worship Mary (which is sinful idolatry). Here’s the 5th promise…

“The soul which recommends itself to Me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.”

Blasphemy!!! You cannot show me even one Scripture from the Word of God where we are told to trust in Mary, by reciting the Rosary to be saved. In fact, the word “Rosary” is NOT a Bible term. The Rosary is straight out of the pits of Hell. Jesus condemned vain repetition in Matthew 6:7. According to Our Lady of Fatima (whose teachings are officially sanctioned by the Vatican), a person can obtain eternal life through Mary by reciting the Rosary. In sharp contrast, Jesus Christ proclaimed in John 14:6… “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

How could Catholics be so arrogant, so blind, and so apostate as to believe that salvation is found in Mary? Jesus tells us the answer in Mark 7:9, “Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” People remain in the Catholic religion because THEY CHOOSE TO, period, even in full knowledge that they are going against the Word of God. God will judge them! Just as the Pharisees of Jesus’ time CHOSE to follow the hellish religion of Judaism instead of Biblical Christianity, so do Catholics CHOOSE to follow the Satanic Catholic faith instead of the Bible. I tell you, Catholicism is of the Devil.

If you’re worshiping within the Catholic faith, then you might as well be over in India worshiping a potato!

Catholic priests are infamous for discouraging people from reading the Word of God. They don’t want anyone thinking for themselves. But Jesus commanded us in John 5:39, “SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” What precious Scriptures! Jesus told the crowd to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES, and in so doing they would learn how to have eternal life; but by rejecting the Scriptures, they had refused God’s plan of salvation. Is this not exactly what Catholics are guilty of? Yes, that is exactly so! Catholics adhere to a FALSE gospel of self-righteousness and sacramental rituals.”

‘Pope’ Claims Mary Was Conceived ‘Without Original Sin’

This is what the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church teach about Mary, the mother of Jesus according to their traditions. But is it true according to God’s Word, the bible? No. So, let’s compare. First, what the Pope is saying below, followed by what the scriptures reveal:

“ROME – In one of the feasts and celebrations marked on the Roman Catholic liturgical calendar leading up to Christmas, Catholics around the world observed the Feast of Immaculate Conception on Monday, a day in which those who follow the religion commemorate their belief that Mary was born without sin.

The pontiff known as Pope Francis led Catholics in the annual observance of the holiday, delivering an Angelus address in St. Peter’s Square.

“Oh Mary, our mother, today the people of God in celebration venerates you, the immaculate, preserved from the contagion of sin from the beginning,” he prayed. “Accept the gift I offer on behalf of the church in Rome and throughout the whole world.”

“In this time that leads us to the feast of the birth of Jesus, teach us to go against the tide,” Francis continued. “The power of God’s love, which has preserved you from original sin, freed all of humanity through your intercession from every spiritual and material slavery and made the designs of God’s salvation victorious within hearts and events.”

According to the National Catholic Register, he also declared to the crowds gathered that in Mary “there was no room for sin,” because “God had chosen her to be the mother of Jesus,” which resulted in her being preserved from “original sin.”

The pontiff later venerated the Statue of the Immaculate Conception in Rome’s Piazza di Spagna and invited others to join him. The statue was created in 1857 as a mark of the Roman Catholic belief that Mary was conceived without sin.

“I ask you to spiritually unite yourselves to me in this pilgrimage, which expresses filial devotion to our heavenly mother,” he said.

I fervently pray that both Catholics as well as evangelical non-Catholics will read the following article, which is well researched according to the actual scriptures of the Bible, the Word of God. The traditions of the Catholic church cannot possible supersede or claim superior authority above and beyond what scripture teaches regarding the very origins of the Christian faith.
