2 Chronicles 16:9 – The Eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect towards Him.
This is an amazing scripture if you stop and dwell upon it. Our God searches the whole earth because He wants to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect towards Him.
Now it doesn’t say “whose lives are perfect towards Him”. Nor does it say “those who keep all the laws and commandments”. It says “whose heart is perfect”.
We hear it every day when some are confronted with ungodly or sinful behavior – “God knows my heart”. They may practice worldly traditions, even those rooted in demonic origins. They may believe that because they said a prayer of salvation and raised their hand in church to “accept Jesus”, they can continue doing everything they did before hand, no matter how sinful it may be. They claim their “heart is in the right place”. They may be sitting under false prophets and teachers who spew distortions of scripture along with tidbits of truth and when exposed, they defend them by saying “God knows his/her heart. Some of what they preach is true. We shouldn’t judge”.
Many would be quite surprised if they understood exactly what the Lord is looking for as His Eyes run to and fro. He is looking for those who know who and what they are. He is looking for humble, submitted and repentant hearts. He is looking for those who know they need HIM and only HIM and His mercy and grace. He is looking for those who understand Romans 3:10-12 – 10 as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one;
11 no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
12 All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one.”
God is searching for those who believe His Words in Hebrews 12:1-2 12 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
All of these have hearts that are “perfect towards Him”.
He is not looking for those who wear their good works on their sleeves. He is not looking for proud, hypocritical hearts that claim to be “little gods”. He is not looking for letter-of-the-law keeping tyrants who impose impossible standards upon the weak. He is not looking for anyone who thinks they have “made it”. All of those do not have perfect hearts towards Him. They are the ones to whom the scripture is addressed “Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” He is not looking for those who live a LIE, embrace a LIE, support a LIE, defend a LIE, or practice a LIE. Their hearts are deceitfully and desperately WICKED, and will receive no help from God. They will not see Him be strong on their behalf. Their prayers will not be heard in the time of danger. Their lives will not be spared, nor their eternal souls enter the Kingdom of God. In times of judgment upon peoples and nations, they will find no safe haven in Him.
Hear the Words of the Holy Spirit of God – “I am searching, looking, going to and fro around the earth, and I am sealing those with perfect hearts towards Me. In the days to come, great trials will come, and I find so few who are right before Me. I see millions who think they are – but they are deceived. I look down and see black, dead, dry and wicked hearts who claim to belong to ME. The numbers would astound you! I find very few who will receive My strong Hand of protection and sustenance in the times ahead. VERY FEW. Millions will be left to their own devices who have put their faith and trust in men. Millions who followed after spewers of lies and falsehoods in My Name will discover that they have been LIED TO and there is no turning back. Millions will believe more LIES that will come from the mouths of the demonically possessed in these times. Their hearts were never perfect before me. Their pride and arrogance surely precedes their fall and destruction.
I seek TRUTH AND HONESTY in the inward man. I exhort you to examine your hearts! I command you to be honest with yourselves, to question yourselves, to question all that you believe and follow. I require you to compare your hearts to My Word and what it says about the deceived, and the fallen human condition. Stop fooling yourselves because you run with the majority and find comfort in numbers. VERY FEW I SEE! Again, VERY FEW. Examine, admit, confess and repent.
“Come and let Me put a new heart within you that you may live. That you may see My Hand strong on your behalf. Come and let me fill you to overflowing with My peace and love. As a Good Father, I will withhold no good thing from you and you will walk in My ways. You will know what it truly means to be one of MINE. Tear out your imperfect heart of stone and deceit and throw yourself at My feet. I will lift you up and place you among My own – My perfect-hearted ones who will be kept by Me in the days of trouble. Come, Come, Come!”

Isaiah 55:1-11

55 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.
4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.
5 Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the Lord thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee.
6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it
