BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
The purpose of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is to fill the believer with power for service. People that claim to be filled with the spirit and are not doing anything for God, DO NOT have the same baptism that was received on the day of Pentecost.

In the new birth the Holy Spirit is the agent, the atoning blood is the means by which it is accomplished, and the new birth is the end results.
