The Devil with ISIS and Mohammed

I applaud Dr. Scott Johnson for posting this bold video, and am in full agreement with his assessment of this devil cult, ISIS.

Folks, I’ve been watching websites such as MidnightWatcher Blog on a daily basis on my WordPress Reader ( http://midnightwatcher.wordpress.com/), and have been appalled by the outright barbaric violence of “peaceful Islam”. Until now, on this particular blog, I have hesitated posting about the escalating violence occuring in the Middle East, and other Islamic countries, and even in the UK, France, and other European countries, but the time has come when I can no longer in good conscience keep silent.

One of the questions Dr. Johnson asked, is where is the outrage; where is the outcry from Christians appalled by the brutal mass slaughter being perpertrated by ISIS. Surely, in this day of the Internet, we haven’t had our heads in the sand and been unaware of this.

Today, during a google search, I came across the Catholic Online website, which has graphic photos of decapitated children. http://www.catholic.org/news/international/middle_east/story.php?id=56481

Indeed, these photos are graphic, I can think of nothing more heartbreaking than innocent, helpless children being slaughtered without mercy by these obviously demomically possessed “warriors” of Islam. Children so young they would be incapable of being a threat to ISIS or anyone else. Children who were killed merely because their parents were Christians. Children so young, they could have no understanding of the concept of “religion”, period. Children who were killed merely to satisfy the blood lust of their captives.

Catholic Online is urging people to support relief efforts. It doesn’t make any difference whether you are Catholic, or have no religious affilication at all. These children, and their parents are human beings who are suffering and in dire need.
Please help any way you can, sacrificially. There are other organizations such as:

http://www.samaritanspurse.org/article/iraq-crisis-response/

However, please do your research carefully to make sure your offering is going where it’s needed most, and is through a legitimate source. Do not respond to telephone calls, or emails. Go directly to the website of the charity of your choice to place your offerings. And may God bless you abundantly. But most importantly, make your voice heard by sounding the alarm concerning these atrocities, and by earnest heartfelt prayer and fasting.

“On the last day, Jesus will say to those on His right hand, “Come, enter the Kingdom. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was sick and you visited me.” Then Jesus will turn to those on His left hand and say, “Depart from me because I was hungry and you did not feed me, I was thirsty and you did not give me to drink, I was sick and you did not visit me.” These will ask Him, “When did we see You hungry, or thirsty or sick and did not come to Your help?” And Jesus will answer them, “Whatever you neglected to do unto one of these least of these, you neglected to do unto Me!”

i am a Muslim when punishing some one by death in Islam the person should be beheaded in any Islamic school of thought either Sunni Shia etc, this slaughtering is not Islamic way for giving death penalty, claiming to follow Islam and following Islam is a different thing.
word Islam is from Arabic word salam that means peace so killing innocents in name of ALLAH is not Islamic.
hope you people find my answer rational.

Shalom, I know you are trying to convey an acceptable reason why the actions of ISIS are not compatible with what you believe to be following the true path of Islam and Mohammed. I don’t know you, but by your name, Mohammed, it would be reasonable to assume that you were born into a Muslim family, and quite possibly into an Islamic culture, where it would be natural to accept Islam and it’s beliefs as normal and authentic. I can understand that would be a powerful influence on one’s life. However, it is not enough to follow the crowd. In the spiritual realm, each man must find out, prove, and come to know God on a personal, life transforming basis. There is a way to do this if one has a hunger for Truth and God, a passion to know God with all of one’s heart and not be satisfied with anything less. God will indeed respond to such a person and manifest Himself in that persons life in such a way that the Truth will be unmistakable. I pray that you and all Muslim people will find that Truth with all my heart. Please do not take what I say as being condescending. I say these things in love for you and all Muslims.

AN OPEN LETTER TO MY MUSLIM FRIENDS –

      Dear friend,

You are not hated. I know, since September 11th 2001, American idealism and patriotism was at an all time ferver and many wanted justice to be swift and direct with a Revelation’s style “shock and awe” of Biblical proportions, the truth however is, we don’t hate you, I don’t hate you and God does not hate you. The truth is, you are loved.

Facts are, we are not much different in our ideas than you might think. While it is true, there are fundamental reasons why we are different, the truth is, Islam and Christianity seeks the same thing – fulfilling God’s plan in our lives. The difference is in how that plan is fulfilled and by who.

Although our two religions share some terminology and even some theology (monotheism, for instance), Islam is fundamentally different from Christianity. Islam is a works-oriented religion, while Christian faith is based on salvation by grace through faith as a result of the shed blood of Christ. In Islam, if God wants to forgive sin, He simply says, “It is forgiven.” Christianity recognizes the necessity of the shedding of blood for the forgiveness of sin. (Hebrews 9:22)

I seek to fulfill God’s plan in my life because of what Christ did on the cross for all of us, for while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us so that we might have everlasting life. The thought or the idea that I would have to work day and night to seek God’s approval thru works, but never knowing if they would ever satisfy his requirement would drive me nuts! To think, you would go throughout your whole life pleasing Allah, but only to find out on judgement day that all of your good works still didn’t outweigh all of the bad you’ve done still would not guarantee salvation would devastate me. But, that’s how it is in your religion.

So the question you might ask is, “Do you work for your salvation in Christianity?” and the answer is no! All that is required is to believe in Jesus Christ and accept him as Lord of your life and follow him.

But the sad reality is, my muslim friend, that in all of Islam, there is so much to prove oneself to Allah in order for him to give you life eternal. You have to pray 5 times a day, give alms, fast during ramadan and then go to Mecca. But what happens if you miss out on even one of these requirements? What happens then? Will Allah still accept you? Will you still be good enough for heaven? The truth is, if you truly asked yourself that question is, no, you won’t.

Muslims have no guarantee of being saved. You believe that all your works will be accounted for and that on Judgment Day, if your bad works outweigh your good works, you are going to go to hell. But if your good works outweigh your bad works, you’ll probably go to heaven. (Since God is all-powerful, you concede that He may do with you as He pleases, even if you have been very righteous. You hope He won’t be having a “bad day” at Judgment.) A third possibility is that you could go to hell and burn your sins off for a while and then be allowed into heaven. The only other way Muslims can be guaranteed to go to heaven is through “jihad.” Although it is often translated “holy war,” “jihad” literally means “exerting force for God.” You could be in “jihad” by writing a book about Islam, or by sharing your faith to bring others to Islam, or by physically fighting for the cause of Islam. If you die in “jihad,” then and only then are you guaranteed to go to heaven.

The sad thing is my friend, how tragic all of that is when the reality is, there is but one way to salvation and that is thru Jesus Christ. See, when I die, as a christian, I know I will enter into eternity saved from hell because I accepted Christ as my saviour. There is no works required, no demands to go to Jerusalem and pray on the wall for sins, nor is there a requirement to harm others, actually, Christ tells us as Christians that we are to “Love one another as Christ loved us”.

The truth is, there is a dramatic difference between our faiths, for one religion seeks to rely on works as a means of justification while the other is a relationship with one man, who paid all of our debts on a wooden cross, who requires so little and gives so much in return. His name is Jesus Christ.

I know that many in our nation and across the world have labeled all muslims as radicals, but the truth is, most muslims are sincere, hard working people simply trying to find their place in this world and worship their God. The average Muslim is much like the average Christian, they want a good job and live a good comfortable life. Yes, we both know that there are some sects in your faith who, tragically, desire to do others harm, but the truth is, many, a great number, simply wish to live quietly in peace among themselves and harm no one.

So I want you, my Muslim friend, to understand that I care for you, love you with the love of Jesus Christ and pray that his mercy will come into your life. Yes, we will most certainly have disagreements and see things differently, but I wish to tell you that you are loved here and that I pray one day, before you leave this world, that you come to know my Jesus as I and so many like myself have come to know.

      As-Salāmu `Alaykum

I have given a great deal of thought regarding these atrocious videos and have come to believe that their postings do more harm and little good. Perhaps we all need to witness the devil’s beheading of an innocent, so that we are aware of the real horror, but I’m not so sure about that. I haven’t been able to watch any of them, and I will never be willing to do so. I am mortified that my teenage grandchildren have seen these videos and have come away without a sense of outrage. We have a generation that has been so overly desensitized, that little disturbs them. We must stop ourselves from a willingness to view such horrors, supported by the erroneous belief that in order to battle evil we must first witness what evil does. It isn’t necessary to watch a beheading to know how deeply abominable it is, and we do not have to watch the arterial blood flow to see the finale of life. Do we feel compelled to watch, from beginning to end, the slaughter of a human being before gumption takes hold and pushes us forward? Does it make us courageous, in the fight against evil, to witness the fear in the face of Islam’s victims? I can only answer for myself. I am fully cognizant of the rigors and patriarchal narcissism of the Islamic faith, and were the participants of the Koran’s dogma on fire, I would not spit toward them; still I do not, and will not watch one of their tapes. Let us all stop whatever compels mankind to view such things.

I fully understand you’re feelings in this matter. I can assure you that when I posted this, it was not an attempt to sensationalize it, gain followers or to cater to the morbid curitosity of readers. This is primarily a Christian audience. You see, Americans became outraged at the beheading of it journalists, but the mainstream media carefully avoided reporting of the beheadings of young children until it became so obvious they could no longer avoid it.
I agree that American teens, and most adults have been desensitized to violence. That’s part of the problem. Many people have no compassion for others. Nevertheless, I don’t believe in sugar coating reality. As distasteful as this is to most Americans, and certainly Christians, myself included, the truth must be told in such a way as to raise awareness that we are indeed in perilous times, and we may no longer be insulated from violence in America as lawlessness increases world wide.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment and viewpoint.

        Hello Scarlett,
I wrote that for those of us who have teenagers, friends and family who are easily traumatized and manipulated. I agree with everything you said, although I do believe one video is enough for a lifetime. Having witnessed and been made aware of how far those people will go, it’s likely the one viewing is plenty.
Thank you for responding, Scarlett, and let me assure you that none of it was directed at you, or your main audience. I am sure where their values lie. It was meant for curiosity seekers and those new to your site. We all appreciate what you do.

So many people are going through life with their spiritual blinders on. And I’m not neccessarily speaking concerning the atrocities going on in the world we’ve been talking about. It’s as if some folks believe they are somehow entitled to a financially prosperous and comfortable life with no real problems. They don’t want to even entertain the thought that life in America is changing and their comfortable lives are going to be forever changed in one way or another. However, our Lord didn’t find this so, when He walked this earth, nor did He or His Apostles teach it. Jesus taught there would be suffering and persecution. The Prophets of old warned about being complacent in their lives concerning serving the Lord. Even The Lord himself warned about those who were at ease in Zion, as many of them were and are still even today.
That said, the Lord by His Spirit was cautioned me to keep my focus on Him and not on the things that are going on in the world. That I would see many things that would disturb me but to look up for my redemption is drawing nigh. Can it be that far off? I think not. So, that said, let us indeed draw close to Jesus as we see the day of reckoning. Even though I am saddened by what I see happening, I know the LORD has a purpose and as He has shown me, these things must come to pass as foretold, before He comes again. Come quickly Lord Jesus. Amen.

About this post; these were facts I posted, with photos to prove it, not photoshopped. This is the world we are facing in this hour, not only the beginning of sorrows but the Great Tribulation. I was sickened and grieved in my spirit and soul about what is happening in the world. But just after posting it, I felt the LORD imparting to me, to lay it down and don’t go back, but to be about the Masters business, not the affairs of the world.
